This program equips scientists and engineers with the tools and skills needed to move beyond the university lab, accelerating the transition of NSF-funded research and other innovative projects toward commercialization.

Optimal Mobility, in collaboration with Gillette Children's Hospital, the Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Hospital, and the RECOVER Center for Veterans Engagement, is proud to work on an Office of Discovery and Translation (ODAT) grant from the University of Minnesota. Partnering with the Pediatric Device Innovation Consortium, this project 

Optimal Mobility, in collaboration with Gillette Children's Hospital, the Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Hospital, and the RECOVER Center for Veterans Engagement, is proud to work on an Office of Discovery and Translation (ODAT) grant from the University of Minnesota. Partnering with the Pediatric Device Innovation Consortium, this project focuses on developing cutting-edge subsystems to advance wheelchair technology and design, driving innovation to improve mobility and accessibility for diverse populations.
